The primary aim of this study was to determine the impact of psychosocial immunization training based on the teachings of Masnavi Ma’navi on the resilience of senior high school students in Mahabad. This experimental research employed a pretest–posttest design with a control group. The statistical population consisted of all female senior high school students in Mahabad, from whom 38 participants were selected through convenience sampling and randomly assigned to equal experimental and control groups. The intervention package, comprising six skills—emotional self-awareness, assertiveness, participation, responsibility, self-respect, and social relationships—was delivered in 12 live virtual sessions via the Shad educational platform to the experimental group. Data were collected using the Connor–Davidson Resilience Scale and analyzed through univariate analysis of covariance. Results showed that the adjusted mean scores of resilience in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group after the training. These findings suggest that the teachings of Masnavi Ma’navi can be effectively utilized to enhance students’ resilience. |
