Continuous communication between parents and teachers is fundamental to a dynamic education system. To nurture healthy and balanced individuals, collaboration between the family and school is essential. This qualitative study, using a phenomenological approach (Colaizzi's method), aimed to understand parents' experiences in PTA meetings to improve their effectiveness in controlling students' abnormal behaviors. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 20 parents from District 3 of Kermanshah, selected through purposive sampling. The data, analyzed using MAXQDA software, revealed three main themes for improving PTA performance: collaborative strategies in planning meetings, strategies to enhance interaction quality, and dynamics in operational strategies for controlling deviations. The results showed that constructive communication in PTA meetings effectively supports students and controls abnormal behaviors. |
