fa تبیین مؤلفه های نظام تربیت معلم با توجه به اسناد تحولی نظام تعلیم و تربیت رسمی و عمومی Explaining the Components of Teacher Training System Based on the Fundamental Reform Documents of Education تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: center;"></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">جذب، تربیت و توسعه حرفهای معلمان، یکی از مسئله‌های اساسی کشور ما و بسیاری از دیگر کشورهاست. از این رو هدف پژوهش حاضر، تبیین مؤلفه‌های نظام تربیت معلم با توجه به اسناد تحولی نظام تعلیم وتربیت رسمی و عمومی کشور است و این مقاله به منظور پاسخگویی به سؤالات ذیل تدوین شده است:1- رهنمونهای مرتبط با مؤلفه جذب و گزینش معلمان با توجه به اسناد تحولی آموزش و پرورش کدام اند؟2- رهنمونهای مرتبط با مؤلفه حفظ و ارتقای معلمان با توجه به اسناد تحولی آموزش و پرورش کداماند؟ روش تحقیق روشی ترکیبی است. در مرحله نخست، با بهره‌گیری از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی، تبیینی تحلیلی از مبانی نظری متناظر با سؤالات تحقیق به عمل آمده، در مرحله دوم با بهره‌گیری از روش تحلیل تاملی، رهنمونهای مرتبط با هر یک از مؤلفه‌های جذب، گزینش، حفظ و ارتقای معلمان از اسناد تحولی آموزش و پرورش احصا شده و در مرحله سوم با بهره گیری از پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته به صورت هدفمند، در راستای نتایج تحقیق از صاحبنظران مرتبط با موضوع، نظرخواهی به عمل آمده تا به این ترتیب اعتبار نتایج مشخص شود. پس از تکمیل پرسشنامه، آزمونهای کمّی روی داده‌های استخراج شده انجام گرفته است. برای سنجش پایایی این پرسشنامه به دلیل چند گزینه ای بودن و به‌کارگیری مقیاس لیکرت از آلفای کرونباخ و برای اعتبارسنجی نتایج تحقیق از آزمون آماری فریدمن استفاده شده زیرا متغیر وابسته دارای مقیاس اندازهگیری رتبه ای بوده است. یافته‌های حاصل از این تحقیق ده رهنمون مرتبط با مؤلفه‌های جذب و گزینش و 27 رهنمون مرتبط با مؤلفه‌های حفظ و ارتقای معلمان بوده است.</div>  <br>   <div style="text-align: center;"></div>   <div style="text-align: justify;">Recruitment, training and professional development of teachers is of paramount importance in many countries. Hence, the present study was carried out to answer the following questions: 1. What are the guidelines for teachers’ recruitment and selection based on Fundamental Reform Documents of Education? 2. What are the guidelines for teachers’ retention and promotion according to Fundamental Reform Documents of Education? The study utilized a mixed method. More specifically, in the first stage, an explanation of the theoretical foundations of the study was provided using a descriptive-analytical method. In the second stage, the guidelines pertaining to each of the components of teachers’ recruitment, selection, retention, and promotion were derived from Fundamental Reform Documents of Education using a reflective method. In the third stage, experts’ opinion on the validity of the results was obtained using a researcher-made questionnaire. Next, quantitative tests were performed on the questionnaire data. The reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test. For the purpose of the validation of the results Friedman test was used.
