fa راهکارهای جلب مشارکت والدین در ادارۀ امور مدارس از دیدگاه اولیا و مدیران مدارس ابتدایی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین راهکارهای جلب مشارکت والدین در ادارۀ امور مدارس از دیدگاه اولیا و مدیران مدارس ابتدایی بود که با روش توصیفی- زمینه‌یابی انجام شد. جامعۀ آماری شامل همه مدیران مدارس و والدین دانش‌آموزان‌ شهرستان رزن واقع در استان همدان در سال تحصیلی 1400-1401 بود. بر اساس جدول نمونه‌گیری کرجسی و مورگان از جامعه مدیران 110 نفر و از جامعه والدین 375 نفر با به‌کارگیری روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی-مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها از طریق تکمیل دو پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته والدین و مدیران گردآوری شدند. روایی محتوایی و صوری پرسشنامه‌ها با به‌کارگیری نظر متخصصان علوم تربیتی برآورد شد. پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای پرسشنامه‌ والدین 0/82 و پرسشنامه مدیران 0/89 به‌دست آمد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون t گروههای مستقل برای مقایسه دیدگاه والدین و مدیران و از آزمون فریدمن برای اولویت‌بندی راهکارهای مشارکت و ابعاد آن استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که اولویت در راهکارها و ابعاد مشارکت در هر سه بعد آموزشی، پرورشی و مالی از نظر مدیران و اولیا متفاوت است. از نظر اولیا، مهم‌ترین بعد، مشارکت در امور مالی و از نظر مدیران، مشارکت در امور آموزشی است. اصلاح ساختار و قوانین و آموزش مدیران از پیشنهادهای پژوهش است.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The present study set out to identify strategies for soliciting parental involvement in school administration from the perspectives of parents and primary school principals. The research employed a descriptive-survey methodology. The statistical population included all school principals and parents of students in Razan County, Hamedan Province, during the 2021-2022 academic year. Based on the Krejcie and Morgan sampling table, 110 principals and 375 parents were selected using multi-stage random sampling. Data were collected through two researcher-made questionnaires for parents and principals. Content and face validity of the questionnaires were confirmed by educational science experts. The reliability of the instruments, measured via Cronbach&rsquo;s alpha, was 0.82 for the parents&#39; questionnaire and 0.89 for the principals&#39; questionnaire. Data were analyzed using independent samples t-tests to compare perspectives and the Friedman test to prioritize involvement strategies and their dimensions. The results revealed that the prioritization of strategies and dimensions of involvement&mdash;encompassing educational, developmental (pedagogical), and financial sectors&mdash;differed significantly between principals and parents. From the parents&#39; perspective, the most critical dimension was involvement in financial affairs, whereas principals identified involvement in educational affairs as the primary priority.
