fa طراحی مدل توسعه ورزش دانش آموزی مبتنی بر یادگیری مادام العمر در شهر یادگیرنده: نظریه داده بنیاد تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;">هدف این پژوهش بررسی توسعه ورزش دانش‌آموزی مبتنی بر یادگیری مادام‌العمر و توسعه پایدار در ورزش مدارس بود. روش پژوهش بر اساس نظریه داده‌بنیاد مبتنی بر رویکرد سیستماتیک بود. شرکت‌کنندگان این پژوهش را همه متخصصانی تشکیل دادند که دانش و تجربه کافی در حوزه ورزش دانش‌آموزی داشتند (n=15). روش نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت هدفمند و معیار- محور بود. ابزار اندازه‌گیری مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته بود. نتایج نشان می&shy;‌دهد که بستر به وجود آورنده توسعه ورزش دانش‌آموزی مبتنی بر یادگیری مادام‌العمر و توسعه پایدار در ورزش مدارس امکانات و تجهیزات ورزشی، مدیریت و اهمیت به تخصص&shy;‌گرایی در مدارس و تبلیغات و اطلاع‌رسانی است. شرایط مداخله‌گر شامل عوامل تسهیل‌کننده و عوامل بازدارنده بودند و شرایط زمینه‌ای نیز شامل منابع انسانی، عوامل زیرساختی و مالی، فرهنگ‌سازی ورزش، هماهنگی نهادهای متولی و عوامل مختص دانش‌&shy;آموزان بودند. راهبردها شامل مدیریت ورزش مدارس، تعامل داخلی و بین‌المللی، عوامل مالی و اقتصادی و عوامل آموزشی و پژوهشی بودند و درنهایت پیامد شامل عامل مختص دانش&shy;‌آموزان و ورزش مدارس، توسعه ورزش همگانی و قهرمانی، عوامل فرهنگی و اجتماعی و عامل سلامتی شده است. به‌طورکلی نتیجه الگو نشان می‌دهد که تجهیز امکانات در ورزش مدارس، توجه به تخصص‌&shy;گرایی و مدیریت پیشرفته و هماهنگی و تعامل میان نهادهای متولی می‌تواند سبب بهبود عملکرد و وضعیت دانش‌&shy;آموزان، توسعه ورزش قهرمانی و همگانی، تأثیرات مثبت فرهنگی و اجتماعی و درنهایت بهبود بیماریهای روحی، روانی و جسمی شود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The purpose of this study was to investigate the development of student sports based on lifelong learning and sustainable development within school settings. The research was conducted using a grounded theory methodology with a systematic approach. Participants included 15 experts with sufficient knowledge and experience in student sports, selected through purposive, criterion-based sampling. Data were collected via semi-structured interviews. Findings revealed that the foundational context for developing student sports includes access to sports facilities and equipment, specialized management in schools, and effective advertising and information dissemination. Intervening conditions involved both facilitating and hindering factors, while contextual conditions included human resources, financial and infrastructural elements, sports culture-building, coordination among responsible institutions, and student-specific factors. Strategies identified were school sports management, domestic and international collaboration, financial and economic measures, and educational and research initiatives. The outcomes included student-specific and school-level impacts, growth in mass and elite sports, cultural and social benefits, and improvements in physical and mental health.
