fa توسعه و اعتبارسنجی ابزار «تکمیل داستان مک آرتور»، برای ارزیابی دلبستگی کودکی میانی در نمونه ایرانی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">این پژوهش با هدف توسعه و اعتبارسنجی ابزار بررسی و تشخیص الگوهای درونی سبکهای دلبستگی در کودکی‌ میانی، به منظور استفاده در مداخلات بالینی و مددکاری اجتماعی انجام شده است. صد کودک از پنج مرکز آموزشی مناطق متفاوت شهر تهران به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. کودکان ابتدا پرسشنامه دلبستگی &laquo;فینزی-دوتان و همکاران (2012)&raquo; را تکمیل کردند، سپس آزمون تکمیل داستان (بر اساس رویکرد مک‌&shy;آرتور) اجرا شد. داستانها، با توجه به موقعیتهای استرس‌زای زندگی کودکان دبستانی طراحی و با نظر متخصصان بررسی و مصور و اجرا شدند. پاسخها ضبط و کدگذاری شدند. روایی محتوایی را 12 متخصص تأیید کردند و هماهنگی درونی ابزار با محاسبه آلفای کرونباخ (برای کل گویه&shy;‌ها 0/83) تأیید شد. روایی ابزار با محاسبه روایی همزمان نتایج ابزار تکمیل داستان و پرسشنامه دلبستگی &laquo;فینزی- دوتان و همکاران (2012)&raquo; (0/897) و نیز از طریق بررسی نتایج تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تأییدی(0/05>p) تأیید شده است. مزیت ابزار این &shy;است که می‌تواند علاوه بر تعیین سبک دلبستگی، درکی عمیق‌تر از وضعیت روانی کودک، مانند تاریخچه و آسیبها و نقش سایر افراد خانواده علاوه بر پدر و مادر در دلبستگی یا حتی سوءرفتار با کودک، برای مداخلات بالینی و تصمیم‌گیریهای احتمالی ارائه دهد. برای درک کامل مزایا و محدودیتهای این ابزار، پژوهشهایی دیگر با حجم نمونه بزرگ‌تر مورد نیاز است.</div> &nbsp; <div> <div id="ftn1"><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="FA" dir="RTL" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"></span></span></span></div> </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">This study aims to develop and validate a tool for examining and diagnosing the internal attachment patterns in middle childhood for use in clinical interventions and social work. A total of 100 children from five educational centers in different districts of Tehran were selected through multi-stage cluster random sampling. Initially, the children completed the Finzi‑Dottan et al. (2012)&#39; attachment questionnaire, followed by the story completion test based on the MacArthur approach. The stories were designed around stressful life situations for elementary school children, reviewed by experts, illustrated, and implemented. Responses were recorded and coded. Content validity was confirmed by 12 experts, and internal consistency was verified using Cronbach&#39;s alpha (0.83 for all items). The validity of the tool was established through concurrent validation, comparing the results of the story completion tool with the &#39;Finzi‑Dottan et al. (2012)&#39; attachment questionnaire (0.897), as well as through exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis (p<0.05). The advantage of this tool is that, beyond determining attachment styles, it provides a deeper understanding of the child&#39;s psychological state, including their history, potential traumas, and the role of family members beyond parents in attachment formation or even mistreatment.
