fa پایداری و استحکام خانواده و عوامل مؤثر بر آن: تحلیل ثانویه داده های پیمایش ملی خانواده Family Stability and Resilience and Its Influencing Factors: Secondary Analysis of National Family Survey Data تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">هدف این مقاله ارزیابی پایداری و استحکام خانواده و شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر پایداری خانواده است. روش تحقیق، تحلیل ثانویه است که در آن داده‌های طرح «پیمایش ملی خانواده» (1397) تجزیه و تحلیل شده است. جامعه آماری شامل متأهلین مراکز شهری (مراکز استانها و یک شهر دیگر از هر استان) و حجم نمونه برابر 1450 نفر بود که با روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای دومرحله‌ای انتخاب شده‌اند. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که خانواده در نمونه مورد بررسی  از پایداری نسبی برخوردار است، به طوری که وضعیت 5 درصد خانواده‌ها ناپایدار، 33 درصد خانواده‌ها متعادل و 62 درصد خانواده‌ها نیز پایدار است. از میان عوامل مؤثر بر پایداری خانواده، متغیرهای صمیمیت با برادر و خواهر با بتای 0/334، بالا بودن پذیرش و احترام اجتماعی شغل با بتای 0/222 و بعد خانوار با بتای 0/149 به ترتیب بیشترین تأثیر را بر پایداری و استحکام خانواده دارند. آموزش تنظیم روابط میان- فردی، آموزش مهارت حل تعارض و کمک به ارتقای وضعیت اقتصادی زوجین و خانواده‌ها و ایجاد زمینه برای رونق اقتصادی می‌تواند سبب بهبود استحکام خانواده شود. برای برقراری ارتباط بیشتر با خانواده‌ها پیشنهاد می‌شود که از ظرفیت فضای مجازی، فناوریهای ارتباطی نوین و شبکه‌های اجتماعی مجازی استفاده شود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The aim of this article is to evaluate family stability and resilience and to identify the factors influencing family stability. The research method is secondary analysis, in which the data from the "National Family Survey" (2018) has been analyzed. The statistical population includes married individuals from urban centers (provincial capitals and another city from each province) and the sample size was 1450 people selected using a two-stage cluster sampling method. The findings show that the families in the sample have relative stability, with 5% of the families being unstable, 33% balanced, and 62% stable. Among the factors influencing family stability, the variables of intimacy with siblings (beta 0.334), high social acceptance and respect for occupation (beta 0.222), and family size (beta 0.149) have the most significant impact on family stability and resilience, respectively. Training on interpersonal relationship regulation, conflict resolution skills, improving the economic status of couples and families, and creating the basis for economic prosperity can help enhance family resilience.
