fa اثربخشی بسته آموزشی مدیریت رفتار مبتنی بر تئوری انتخاب بر بهبود کیفیت رابطه والد-فرزندی: یک مطالعه تک آزمودنی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;سلامت و بهزیستی روان&shy;شناختی خانواده به کیفیت عملکرد خانواده بر می&shy;‌گردد. یکی از ملاکهای عملکرد خانواده، کیفیت روابط میان والدین و فرزندان است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثربخشی بسته آموزشی مدیریت رفتار مبتنی بر تئوری انتخاب بر بهبود کیفیت رابطه والد-فرزندی بود. این پژوهش از نوع تک‌&shy;آزمودنی است که با خط پایه چندگانه همزمان و با پیگیری دو ماهه انجام شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل همۀ دانش‌&shy;آموزان پسر پایه نهم دوره اول متوسطه مدارس شهر جوانرود در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399 بود که از میان آنها سه دانش&shy;‌آموز که ملاکهای ورود را داشتند، از طریق مقیاس کیفیت رابطه والد-فرزندی (PCRS) و به شیوه نمونه‌&shy;گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. هریک از گروهها شامل دانش‌&shy;آموزان و والدینشان بود که به صورت جداگانه در 12جلسه آموزشهای بسته را دریافت کردند. این آموزشها را قبلاً پژوهشگران طراحی و اعتباریابی کرده بودند. داده‌&shy;ها به روشهای ترسیم دیداری، شاخص تغییر پایا (RCI)، فرمول درصد بهبودی و اندازه اثرd کوهن تحلیل شدند. یافته‌&shy;ها نشان دادند که اجرای بسته آموزشی مدیریت رفتار مبتنی بر تئوری انتخاب، بر بهبود کیفیت رابطه والد-فرزندی (هر دو مقیاس پدر و مادر) از نظر آماری (0/05 >P) و بالینی تأثیر معنادار دارد. بنابراین پیشنهاد می‌&shy;شود آموزشهای این بسته مدیریت رفتار که برگرفته از مبانی آموزشی-درمانی تئوری انتخاب است، از طریق نهادهای متولی خانواده و مراکز مشاوره‌&shy;ای سازمانهایی مانند آموزش و پرورش و بهزیستی به صورت فردی و گروهی مورد استفاده قرار گیرند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The present study sought to investigate the effectiveness of a behavior management training package based on choice theory in improving the quality of parent-child relationship. This study had a single-case design which was undertaken with concurrent multiple baseline and a two-month follow-up. The statistical population of the study was comprised of all male ninth graders studying at junior high schools in Javanrud city in 2020-21 school year from among whom 3 students were selected via purposeful sampling method using inclusion criteria and the Parent-Child Relationship Quality Scale (PCRS). Each group, including students and their parents, received 12 separate training sessions which were previously designed and validated by the researchers. Data were analyzed by Visual drawing, Reliable change index (RCI), recovery percentage formula and Cohen&rsquo;s d effect size. Findings showed that the implementation of behavior management training package based on choice theory had a clinically and statistically significant effect on improving the quality of parent-child relationship (both parent-child scales) (P <0.05).
