other بررسی رابطه ادراک رفتارهای فداکارانه همسر و نارسایی هیجانی با دلزدگی زناشویی معلمان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه ادراک رفتارهای فداکارانه همسر و نارسایی هیجانی با دلزدگی زناشویی معلمان متأهل مقطع تحصیلی ابتدایی شهر آمل بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش همۀ معلمان مقطع ابتدایی شهر آمل بود که از میان آنها 200 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها از طریق مقیاسهای ادراک رفتارهای فداکارانه همسر هارپر و فیگرس (2008)، نارسایی هیجانی تورنتو (1994) و دلزدگی زناشویی پاینز (1996) گردآوری شدند و با ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه مورد تحلیل قرارگرفتند. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان دادند که میان متغیر‌ ادراک رفتارهای فداکارانه همسر با دلزدگی زناشویی رابطه منفی و معنادار و میان نارسایی هیجانی با دلزدگی زناشویی رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد <em><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">&nbsp;</span></span></span></em><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">(</span></span></span><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">p<0.001</span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">)</span></span></span><em><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">.&nbsp;</span></span></span></em>&nbsp;همچنین، تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که متغیر ادراک رفتارهای فداکارانه همسر به شکلی منفی و نارسایی هیجانی به شکلی مثبت در پیش‌بینی دلزدگی زناشویی نقش دارند. همچنین، این تحلیل نشان داد که از میان متغیرهای پیش‌بین، نارسایی هیجانی مهم‌ترین پیش‌بین کننده دلزدگی زناشویی است. بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر، می‌توان گفت روان&shy;شناسان و مشاوران مدرسه می‌توانند با بهره‌&shy;گیری از آموزش مهارتهای زندگی زمینه را برای تقویت رفتارهای فداکارانه و کاهش مشکلات مربوط به نارسایی هیجانی معلمان متأهل فراهم کنند و دلزدگی زناشویی‌شان را کاهش دهند.&nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The present research was undertaken to investigate the relationship between spouses&rsquo; perception of sacrificing behavior, alexithymia, and marital burnout among primary school teachers. The statistical population of the study was comprised of all primary school teachers in Amol from among whom 200 teachers were selected through random multi-stage cluster sampling method. The instruments included Perception of Sacrifice Scale (Harper & Figuerres, 2008), Toronto Alexithymia Scale (1994), and Couple Burnout Measure (Pines, 1996). The data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis. The findings indicated that spouses&rsquo; perception of sacrificing behavior was negatively associated with marital burnout, whereas alexithymia was positively correlated with marital burnout (P<0.001). Regression analysis also showed that spouses&rsquo; perception of sacrificing behavior could negatively predict marital burnout, while alexithymia positively predicted this variable. Among predictor variables, alexithymia was the most important predictor of marital burnout.
