fa نقش پیش بینی کننده رفتارها و نگرشهای ناسالم خوردن بر اساس نگرانی از بدریخت انگاری بدن، دشواری در تنظیم هیجان و واکنشهای ناکارآمد دختران نوجوان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin: 0px 0px 10.66px; text-align: justify; line-height: 107%;"><span style="margin: 0px;" dir="RTL"></span><span style="margin: 0px;" dir="RTL"></span><span b="" nazanin="" style="margin: 0px; font-family: "><span style="margin: 0px;" dir="RTL"></span><span style="margin: 0px;" dir="RTL"></span></span>پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیش‌&shy;بینی رفتارها و نگرشهای ناسالم خوردن بر اساس نگرانی از بدریخت انگاری بدن، دشواری در تنظیم هیجان و واکنشهای ناکارآمد دختران نوجوان انجام شده است. پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است و جامعۀ آماری شامل همۀ دختران نوجوان 14 تا 20 ساله شهر کرمانشاه در سال 1397بوده که به روش نمونه&shy;‌گیری در دسترس از میان آنان، تعداد 150 نفر انتخاب شده است. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه بازخورد خوردن ویلیامسون و همکاران (1990)، پرسشنامه نگرانی از تصویر بدن لیتلتون و همکاران (2005)، پرسشنامه دشواری تنظیم هیجان گراتز و روئمر (2004) و پرسشنامه واکنشهای ناکارآمد چان و وانگ (1994) بود. به‌منظور تحلیل داده‌ها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه به روش همزمان استفاده شده که در نهایت داده&shy;‌ها با نرم‌افزار SPSS-22 مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته اند. نتایج حاکی از آن بود که نگرانی از بدریخت انگاری بدن، دشواری در تنظیم هیجان و واکنشهای ناکارآمد با رفتارها و نگرشهای ناسالم خوردن رابطه مثبت و معنادار دارند (P<i><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:">></span></span></span></i>0/001). همچنین نتایج رگرسیون نشان داد که متغیرهای پیش‌بین همگی با هم می&shy;‌توانند 27 درصد تغییرات مرتبط با رفتارها و نگرشهای ناسالم خوردن را تبیین کنند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که نگرانی از بدریخت انگاری بدن، دشواری در تنظیم هیجان و واکنشهای ناکارآمد می‌&shy;توانند منجر به رفتارها و نگرشهای ناسالم خوردن در دختران نوجوان شوند، بنابراین پیشنهاد می&shy;‌شود که درمانگران حوزه سلامت به این مهم توجه داشته باشند.<br> &nbsp;</p> <div style="text-align: justify;">This study was undertaken to predict unhealthy eating behaviors and attitudes based on concerns about body deformity, difficulty in emotion regulation, and dysfunctional reactions in adolescent girls. The present study had a descriptive, correlational design. The statistical population included all adolescent girls aged between 14 and 20 in Kermanshah in 2018 from among whom 150 individuals were selected through convenience sampling method. Research instruments included Eating Disorders Inventory&nbsp;(Williamson et al., 1990), Body Image Concern Inventory&nbsp;(Littleton et al., 2005), the Difficulties in&nbsp;Emotion Regulation Scale (Gratz & Roemer, 2004) and Dysfunctional Attitudes Scale (Chan & Wong, 1994). Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis were utilized to analyze the data.&nbsp;The results showed that anxiety about body deformity, difficulty in emotion regulation, and dysfunctional reactions had positive, significant relationships with unhealthy eating behaviors and attitudes (P<0.001). Results of regression analysis also revealed that all predictor variables could account for 27% of the changes in unhealthy eating behaviors and attitudes.
