fa تحلیل محتوای کتاب‌های مطالعات اجتماعی دوره اول متوسطه با توجه به قانون حمایت خانواده Content Analysis of Social Studies Textbooks for Junior Secondary Education with Regard to the Family Protection Law تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">هدف اصلی این مقاله، تحلیل محتوای کتاب‌های درسی مطالعات اجتماعی دوره اول متوسطه با توجه به قانون حمایت خانواده (مصوب 1391) است. «شناخت حقوق و مسئولیت‌های فردی، اجتماعی و شهروندی در سطوح مختلف و تقویت مهارت‌ها و نگرش‌های مربوط به آنها» و «پیشگیری از بروز بحران‌های تربیتی و آسیب‌های اجتماعی در کودکان و نوجوانان و کاهش کجروی‌های اجتماعی و گسترش رفتارهای بهنجار»، دو محور از شش محور اصلی سرفصل‌ها و محتوای برنامه درسی مطالعات اجتماعی است که بر عمل به آنها، تأکید شده است. براین‌اساس، آموزش قوانین به دانش‌آموزان با توجه به دوره‌های تحصیلی آنها و دقت در توانایی درک مطالب از سوی آنها، می‌تواند در ارتقای سواد حقوقی دانش‌آموزان، بسیار تأثیرگذار باشد. در این مقاله، کتاب‌های مطالعات اجتماعی با توجه به مفاهیم نمون‌برگ(چک‌لیست) قانون حمایت خانواده، مورد تحلیل محتوای توصیفی قرار گرفته‌اند. روش گرد‌آوری داده‌ها، بررسی اسناد و مدارک یعنی مفاهیم حقوقی کتاب‌های «مطالعات اجتماعی» دوره اول متوسطه است که براساس ۱۱۰ مفهوم حقوقی قانون حمایت خانواده، احصا شده و متن، تصویر و فعالیت این کتاب‌ها را پوشش داده است. مفاهیم «خانواده» و «قانون» به نسبت کل مفاهیم قانون حمایت خانواده، به‌ترتیب دارای ارائه مطالب حقوقی بسیار ‌بیشتری از سایر مفاهیم است و ۲۲ مفهوم نیز احصا شده که به نسبت مفاهیم «خانواده» و «قانون»، به‌ترتیب از کمیت کمتری برخوردارند. جداول فراوانی مطالب قانون حمایت خانواده در کتاب‌های مطالعات اجتماعی دوره اول متوسطه و نمودارهای آن، نشان‌دهنده عدم توجه کافی و مناسب به این مطالب در این کتاب‌هاست و عدم توالی برنامه‌ریزی‌شده برای ارائه این مفاهیم را نشان می‌دهد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The main purpose of this article is to conduct a content analysis of Social Studies textbooks for junior secondary education with regard to the Family Protection Law (ratified in 2012). "Recognition of individual, social, and civic rights and responsibilities at various levels and the strengthening of related skills and attitudes," and "prevention of educational crises and social harms among children and adolescents and reduction of social deviance and expansion of normative behaviors," are two of the six main axes of the Social Studies curriculum that are emphasized for implementation. Accordingly, teaching students about laws — with attention to their educational level and comprehension ability — can substantially enhance students' legal literacy. In this article, Social Studies textbooks were subjected to descriptive content analysis with reference to a checklist of concepts derived from the Family Protection Law. Data were collected through documentary review of the legal concepts in the "Social Studies" textbooks for the junior secondary education, based on 110 legal concepts of the Family Protection Law, covering the text, images, and activities of these textbooks. The concepts of "family" and "law," relative to the Family Protection Law's concepts overall, had by far the greatest coverage, while 22 other concepts were identified with comparatively lower coverage.
